OK here's my honest opinion about Peter he's great for M.U.G.E.N and that's where it stops. He doesn't fit in at all, and I'm not a hater.. but you shouldn't have him in you game period, not even as a secret character. I would rather see a Care Bear take his place. I played with him before he entered SMM he was an OK character but nothing special, now that he's here my opinion still hasn't changed, I liked how you updated his moves and tried to add a little bit of your style into this creation but  still doesn't work.

Thanks for the Peter feedback, but this is strategy corner, so lets try and this area as such. I think Peter fits in well as far as gameplay goes. His story is supposed to be disruptive, however. I agree. His mature 14+ themes dosen't fit in with the cartoony outlook of the game. I think you should of put in Homer instead. Either that, or a superhero or video game character. It just dosen't feel like peter. Just for the heck of it, I think that you should release you're version of him for single download.
